HOUSTON, TX, April 1, 2024 – Oil and gas consulting service industry leaders, New Tech Global (NTG) and
Crescent Consulting, announced today that they have combined into one of the largest consultancy and
workforce management solutions provider to the oil and gas industry. The combination of these two
great companies will provide consultants with greater opportunities and a larger base of quality people
for E&P companies, midstream operators, oilfield service companies and other outsourced employees in
a variety of other sectors.

Both companies have long-standing consultant and client relationships within the industry, both
domestically and internationally. The complimentary geographies and customer fit will enhance process
efficiencies for an even better experience.

Moving forward, NTG will manage the combined operations, leveraging over 35 years of operations in
providing onsite consulting services, workforce solutions, and asset management. All Crescent
employees will become a part of the NTG family and continue to service consultants and clients from
their home office in Oklahoma City.

Colley Andrews, Crescent’s Founder and Managing Partner, steps into the role of Executive Advisor at
New Tech Global, overseeing the strategic amalgamation of both entities. With over 30 years of diverse
leadership experience, his guidance is invaluable.
